Today's Card: Judgement — October 15, 2026
You pulled Judgement, the twentieth card of the Major Arcana — the second-to-last card in the deck, and one of the most powerful calls to awakening. The image shows an angel blowing a trumpet, and figures rising from their graves, arms outstretched, answering the call. This card aligns beautifully with the balsamic moon phase and the incoming Scorpio New Moon: you are being called to rise into a new version of yourself. The trumpets are sounding. The question is: will you answer?
Card Meaning
Judgement represents awakening, renewal, and the moment when you're called to step into your next chapter. It's not about punishment or reward — it's about answering a call. It appears when you've been through a period of death and rebirth (The Tower, The Star, The Moon, The Sun), and now you're being asked to integrate the wisdom and rise. The Virgo Moon trine Saturn supports this: mature reflection on what you've learned, followed by disciplined action to embody it.
What This Means For You Today
What are you being called to do, be, or become? The Judgement card asks you to listen — not with your ears, but with your soul. Something in you knows it's time. Maybe it's time to forgive. Maybe it's time to begin. Maybe it's time to let go, or to step forward, or to finally commit to the path you've been circling for months. The Scorpio New Moon on October 21-22 will formalize this call. Today, you're receiving it.
Connection to Today's Transits
Judgement aligns beautifully with the Waning Crescent phase — both are about the culmination of a cycle and preparation for the new. The Virgo Moon adds the discipline to actually answer the call (not just hear it). The Saturn trine adds the maturity to commit long-term. The Mercury-Venus conjunction adds grace to how you express your awakening. This is a day for quiet, powerful decisions about who you're becoming.
Reversed Warning
If you're feeling stuck, disconnected from your purpose, or refusing to hear the call, Judgement reversed suggests you're avoiding a necessary awakening. Are you clinging to an old identity that's no longer true? Are you ignoring a truth your soul has been whispering for months? The Virgo Moon invites you to get honest with yourself. The call won't go away by ignoring it. It will just get louder.
Affirmation Pairing
"I answer the call of my soul. I rise into my next chapter with courage, grace, and trust in the wisdom I've earned."
